Lemon tahini dressing is a smooth and creamy salad dressing with a hint of brightness from the lemon. This salad dressing has Mediterranean flavors with thick tahini sauce. Tahini is a paste that is made with toasted sesame seeds, so it gives the salad a roasted, nutty flavor. The acidity of the lemon is also a necessary addition to this tahini dressing since it lightens the taste of dense tahini. You can use this dressing for any salad, or even use it as a dip for fresh vegetables such as carrots and celery.

Adjust Servings
¼ cup lemon juice (plus the zest of lemon)
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup tahini paste
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
1 garlic cloves (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste


This dressing can be made in a blender or in a mason jar. If you use a mason jar, just make sure the dill is chopped nice and small, and the garlic cloves are finely minced.
