Healthy Tzatziki Sauce: Ultimate Flavor

Peel, deseed, and dice 1 medium cucumber. Sea salt 4  garlic cloves, peeled, finely minced Juice of ½ lemon 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped 2 cups Greek yogurt 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Peel, deseed & dice cucumber. Salt & drain on a paper towel in a colander for 15 mins.

Mince garlic, add salt. Whisk Greek yogurt until light and fluffy.

Squeeze drained cucumber in the towel to remove excess water.

Add garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, mint, and squeezed cucumber to yogurt; mix well.

Chill sauce in the fridge for 2 hrs to blend flavors.
