4.5 oz coarsely ground coffee beans
1.5 oz chicory
3 cup filtered water
Cream, milk, or dairy alternative
Simple syrup:
½ cup water
½ cup sugar

Preparation

Make the simple syrup by stirring the ½ cup of sugar with ½ cup of water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat until sugar is dissolved.
Add 1.5 oz of roasted chicory to the coffee beans and mix thoroughly.
