¼ cup grapeseed oil
¼ cup dark sesame oil
¼ cup rice vinegar
A 1-inch long piece of ginger (cut into small pieces)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons white or yellow miso
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Preparation

Add ginger, garlic, miso, lime juice, and plain yogurt in a blender or a food processor. Blend for 30-second.

Mix the rice vinegar with the grapeseed and sesame oil and slowly add it to the food processor. Blend the dressing again until it comes together.

Adjust the seasoning and keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator until it is ready to be used.
