½ cup packed fresh dill ( washed and dried ) | |

2 garlic cloves (minced) | |
Juiced of one lemon plus the zest | |
½ cup extra virgin olive oil | |
¼ cup greek yogurt | |
2 tablespoons feta cheese | |
Salt and pepper to taste |

Before starting, pre-measure the dill, mint, parsley, garlic, feta cheese, greek yogurt, and lemon juice and add them to the food processor.

Process the ingredients in a food processor for about a minute, and then gradually add the olive oil. Once the olive oil is added, process the ingredients until the dressing is smooth and creamy. Enjoy it with your salads or as a dip.
Keep in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to five days.
