1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup olives

3 tablespoons hummus

Gather Your Ingredients

Boil the Eggs
Follow my instructions to achieve your preferred egg doneness, whether soft, medium, or hard-boiled.

Pan-Fry the Halloumi
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the halloumi until golden brown on both sides.

Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the cucumber and cherry tomatoes, and get the olives and hummus ready.

Assemble the Plate
Arrange the eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and halloumi beautifully on a serving plate. Place a generous dollop of hummus alongside the other ingredients. Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of sumac, za’atar Optionally, pair with warm pita bread for an extra hearty meal.
