2 crowns broccoli, cut into florets
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon zest and juiced
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 teaspoon redpepper flakes
1 teaspoon Aleepo pepper or 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Gather Your Ingredients
Have everything measured and ready for easy assembly.

Prep the Broccoli
Wash and cut two crowns of broccoli into florets. Pat them dry to help with roasting.

Season & Toss
In a large bowl, add the broccoli along with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest & juice, red pepper flakes, Aleppo pepper, and salt. Toss well to coat evenly.

Roast
Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in a 425°F (220°C) oven for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and slightly crisp.

Finish & Serve
Let it cool slightly, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with feta cheese. Serve and enjoy!
