Prep the Broccoli
Wash and cut two crowns of broccoli into florets. Pat them dry to help with roasting.

In a large bowl, add the broccoli along with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest & juice, red pepper flakes, Aleppo pepper, and salt. Toss well to coat evenly.

Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in a 425°F (220°C) oven for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and slightly crisp.
