¼ cup lime juice plus zest of one lime
1 whole avocado pitted and diced
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon raw honey
2 garlic cloves (minced)
¼ cup packed cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Process the mixture on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined, and you achieve a creamy consistency. Stop and scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed.

Taste the dressing and adjust the salt and pepper according to your preference. Transfer the creamy Avocado Lime Dressing to a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid.

Store it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Enjoy!
