1/2 teaspoon dried oregano | |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes | |
1 glove garlic, minced | |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped | |
1 tablespoon fresh mint , chopped | |
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped |

Place the feta block in the center of an 8-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet. Surround it with cherry tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle with dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic. Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the tomatoes soften, the feta is warm, and everything is lightly golden.
