½ cup sour cream
½ cup buttermilk
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 teaspoon dry chives
1 teaspoon dry parsley
1 teaspoon dry dill
¼ cup packed fresh scallions (green and white part chopped)
¼ cup packed fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste

In a food processor, combine sour cream, buttermilk, minced garlic, chives, parsley, dry dill, fresh scallions, and fresh dill. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well-combined.

Taste the dressing and season with salt and pepper according to your preference. Adjust the consistency by adding more buttermilk for a thinner dressing or more sour cream for a thicker dressing. Transfer the Ranch dressing to a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
