1 cup Greek yogurt | |
3 oz pitted cherries (cut in half) | |
1 tablespoon coconut butter | |
2 oz chocolate granola | |
2 tablespoons orange juice | |
Few flakes of toasted coconut | |
Honey to drizzle |
Preparation

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the coconut butter.
Once the coconut butter is melted, add the fresh-cut cherries. Toss them around in the pan until they begin to soften.
Pour in the orange juice, and continue tossing the cherries around for another minute until they are well coated and have absorbed some of the juice.

Remove from heat and allow the cherry compote to cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, add the Greek yogurt as a base.
Top the yogurt with chocolate granola.

Spoon over the warm cherry compote onto the granola.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes and drizzle with honey.
Serve immediately and enjoy the sweet, tangy, and crunchy combination!
