| 1 cup kalamata olives | |
| ½ red onions (thinly sliced) | |
| 6 oz feta cheese (large piece) | |
| 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar | |
| ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil | |
| 2 teaspoons Greek oregano | |
| ¼ teaspoon salt | |
| ½ teaspoon black pepper |

Partially peel the English cucumber, then cut it into large chunks. Chop the tomatoes into similarly sized pieces, making sure to save all their juices.

Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano to create the dressing. In a serving bowl, arrange the chopped tomatoes, cucumber pieces, Kalamata olives, and red onion.
